高强度间歇训练(HIIT)除了减脂还有什么好处?

什么是HIIT? HIIT是结合了高强度训练及间歇训练而成的运动类型,强度较高且具爆发力的运动即称为高强度训练。人类通过高强度的运动,让身体中的肌肉感受到疲劳、进而开始消耗大量氧气。 高运动强度让身体耗氧量逐渐接近最大摄氧量(身体在运动时可以消耗的氧气量最大值),并启动一种机制叫做「后燃效应 After-burn Effect」。简单来说,后燃效应就是可以让身体在停止运动之后,还能继续消耗氧气,继续消耗热量。 间歇训练就是将运动内容分段交叉进行,例如:动-停-动-停,或是高强度-低强度-高强度-低强度交替的方式。简单来说,这类型的运动特色在于通过短时间的高耗能运动加上短暂歇息的方式来减脂。
