High Intensity Interval Training…Awesome Health Benefits in Very Little Time!

 
Short bursts of high output exercise and long, slow intervals in between…and we can be done in twenty minutes?  This just can’t be any GOOD way to get exercise….can it?  Well, in fact, research is indicating this may be one of the most effective ways to get exercise for LOTS of reasons. If you’re a regular exerciser, it’s a great way to rev up your exercise and add lots of benefits….from diabetic improvement, anti-ageing to cardiovascular risk and weight loss…high intensity interval training (HIIT) is just great!  We’ll dive into this pretty extensively in today’s program!
