An jeder Ecke lauern frisch gebackene, herrlich duftende Plätzchen, Glühwein & Lebkuchen.

Und natürlich will man nicht immer “nein” sagen, sondern auch genießen und diese Zeit bewusst mitnehmen. Also gilt es, dem inneren Schweinehund eine extra Sporteinheit zu verpassen.

Dieses knackige Training bringt den Stoffwechsel in kurzer Zeit auf Hochtouren. Mindestens 1 Runde davon, ansonsten könnt ihr gerne bis zu 3 Runden davon trainieren, wenn die Zeit da ist.

Power Cardio Training

  • 50 Sek. High Knees
  • 50 Sek. Crunches
  • 30 Sek. PAUSE

 

  • 45 Sek. Run in Place
  • 45 Sek. Squats
  • 30 Sek. PAUSE

 

  • 40 Sek. High Knees
  • 40 Sek. Burpees
  • 30 Sek. PAUSE

 

  • 35 Sek. Run in Place
  • 35 Sek. Push ups
  • 30 Sek. PAUSE

 

  • 30 Sek. High Knees
  • 30 Sek. Crunches

Dieses Power Training ersetzt natürlich keines unserer 4- oder 10-Wochen-Programme, aber manchmal hilft es schon für den Kopf & das schlechte Gewissen, eine kurze Trainingseinheit extra einzuschieben.
